As The Kneady Baker, I believe that fresh, homemade baked goods bring people together. What started as a love for sourdough and a yearn for true happiness in life has grown into a small business dedicated to providing high-quality, handcrafted treats to our local community here in Petoskey that wouldn’t have been possible with out my taste tester! Petoskey’s kneady baker specialize in soft, flavorful sourdough loaves—plain or with delicious inclusions upon request—along with cookies, brownies, and irresistible cinnamon rolls. Every item is made from scratch with care, using simple, high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. I also teach baking classes at the public library in petoskey as well as at central college at times. We also are now offering one on one in home classes or “bread parties”.
